Q. When is Portrait Day?
A. Your school schedules
Portrait Day with Enstrom’s. Approximately 2-3 weeks before Portrait
Day we provide the school with posters to put in the halls and
envelopes with package and pricing information with the scheduled
Portrait Day printed on them. The school will then send home the
envelopes with your child.
Q. When are the pictures ready?
A. Your child’s photographs will be returned to the school in approximately 3 weeks from the day they are taken.
Q. What if my child misses the fall Portrait Day?
A. There is a retake day scheduled. Your school will notify students of that date.
Q. What if I don’t like my child’s fall school portraits?
A. Simply follow the directions of our Unconditional Guarantee on the back of your child’s portrait envelope.
Q. I received the wrong package?
A. Call the number on the back of the portrait package (do not call the school) and we will gladly fix the situation.
Q. Can I photo copy any of the portraits?

No. Enstrom Studio, Inc. has a copyright on the photographs taken. You
do purchase portraits but the originals are the property of Enstrom
Studio, Inc. You may not reproduce or photocopy them without the
express written consent of Enstrom Studio, Inc.
Q. Does the school benefit from the fall Portrait Day?
A.
Enstrom Studio, Inc., for over 100 years has partnered with schools to
provide quality programs and services. In many cases, a portion of the
purchase price is returned to the school for part of its fund-raising
activities.
